Registration Process
We suggest reading help page and rules. Here are the steps to registration:
1. Create login (write down) if you are going to register one or many teams
2. Register team by entering description/name of crew, the division, and location of the crew and paying fee per team. Pay registration/insurance by Sept 18th at 6pm and canoe shipping (if applicable) by Sept 15th.
3. Download forms and have signed/filled in by team members
– One form per team – Hilton waiver, Promo waiver
– One form per person – HCRA waiver (if not a HCRA member), Paddler info sheet
– One form per escort driver – Escort waiver
4. Complete registration by filling in escort info, paddler info, and uploading waivers
