2. The booking code, BVK  should be referenced when your attendees are making their room reservations with the hotel at 808-949-4321.
3. At www.hiltonhawaiianvillage.com.  Please follow these steps when going on-line:

1. 1. Click on Reservations
   2. Put in Arrival / Departure Date (include the month)
   3. Scroll Down the page, under Special Code – Group Code put BVK
   4. Click continue
   5. Click on $189 rate
   6. Click continue
   7. Scroll down the page and fill in all of the information requested
   8. When completed, click Book Now

The room rate is $189.00 for resort view rooms
$20.00 Resort Charge per room, per night, plus taxes to you. (normally $30 per night per room)
$20.00 Overnight Guest Self Parking (1 car per room)
